Event Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking an event at Marlow Valley Vineyard.

Ticket Purchases

All event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Marlow Valley Vineyard.

As many of our events have limited capacity and require advance planning for staffing, refreshments and supplies, we are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend.

If You Can No Longer Attend

If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Please contact us in advance with the new attendee’s name.

If We Cancel an Event

If Marlow Valley Vineyard cancels an event for any reason, you will be offered either:

• a full refund of the ticket price; or

• the option to transfer your booking to another available event.

Changes to an Event

Occasionally we may need to make minor changes to the advertised programme, timings, speakers or activities. Such changes do not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

If we need to make a significant change or postpone an event, we will contact all ticket holders as soon as possible with the available options.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.
