From breakfast seminars and team days to wine tastings, company celebrations and social gatherings, Marlow Valley Vineyard offers a more memorable alternative to a hotel meeting room or conventional event venue.
Events can make use of the Duckhouse, outdoor seating areas, bar, presentation screen, stretch tent (from 2027) and surrounding vineyard & pond views.
The Duck House
Situated next to a duck pond in the valley below our vineyard, the Duck House is a flexible events venue in Marlow.
The Duck House has space for 40 people at tables, 50 theatre style and 60 standing, with plenty of outside space when the weather allows.
Other facilities include:

- Large screen Monitor/TV
- Male and Female toilets
- Parking for 30 cars
- High-speed WiFi
- Stretch Tent (coming Spring 2027)
Events Packages
Vineyard Hire
A flexible option for businesses and event organisers who want to create and manage their own event at the vineyard.
Dry hire includes access to:
- The Duckhouse and surrounding event area
- Indoor and outdoor seating
- Bar area
- Large smart TV screen for presentations and video
- Vineyard, valley and pond views
- Marlow Valley Vineyard wine (other drinks available)
- New for 2027 – 10.5m x 15m Stretch Tent
Suitable for breakfast seminars, presentations, workshops, networking events, team meetings and privately organised gatherings.
Additional catering, wine and event services can be discussed separately.
Corporate Hospitality
A hosted vineyard experience for entertaining clients, rewarding teams or bringing colleagues together over food and wine.
The package includes:
- Use of the agreed vineyard event spaces
- Various catering options including private chef, street food, buffet or grazing tables
- Marlow Valley Vineyard Wine (other drinks available on request)
- Outdoor barbecues (including Big Green Eggs & OFYR on request)
- Indoor and outdoor hospitality areas
- Use of the presentation screen where required
- Support coordinating the event
Entertainment and additional experiences can be added depending on the format of the event.
Bespoke Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting
A hosted tasting experience built around Marlow Valley Vineyard wines.
Available during the afternoon or evening, the tasting can be booked as a standalone corporate experience or incorporated into a wider team day, client event or company celebration.
The package includes:
- Hosted wine tasting
- Wine included
- Optional Cheese/Charcuterie board if required
- Use of the vineyard event spaces
- Indoor or outdoor seating, depending on the event and weather
Host Your Own Event
Event organisers, professional communities and businesses can hire the vineyard to host their own private events.
The space can accommodate presentations, tastings, workshops, networking, dining and outdoor activities. We can provide the venue independently or discuss additional support, wine, catering and hospitality requirements.
The vineyard is also available for selected filming, photography and content-production enquiries.
Stretch Tent - Coming Soon!
In the Spring of 2027 we are going to add a 10.5m x 15m stretch tent to allow for shade and protection for inclement weather, offering an even more flexible space for your events.
